The location was great and magnificent and very close to a tube station. Flat-screen television, ironing facilities, and a writing table were available in our twin/double room...

The breakfast was served in the café. We got a room with bidet. The location was marvellous and magnificent, because a metro station was based very close to the hotel.

Beds were clean and comfy. the rooms looked really nice and cozy. the best part is how this place is right in the heart of downtown 🏙️.

Location: the hotel was close enough to Trevi fountain. I usually went to Pane e Salame to grab a bite. The twin/double room was perfect, it included central heating, TV set, and an electric kettle...

The location was unbeatable, right by Porta Santa Maria. Twin/double room with living area in great location was ready when we arrived. The staff seemed helpful and affable.

I loved having coffee/tea making facilities, a writing desk, and an ironing set in the beautiful room.

I recently stayed at Spanish Steps Bedroom for 5 days during my vacation in Rome. The location couldn't have been better; it was within a short 5-minute walk to several historic sights like the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel at home. The property was well set up with excellent security. There were plenty of restaurants and bistros nearby, making it easy to find delicious meals. The clean rooms and friendly staff made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The WiFi was also reliable, which was a big plus.

Great location, within walking distance of historic sights like the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Plenty of nearby restaurants and bistros. Excellent security and helpful, welcoming staff.

The location was mind-blowing, within a short walk to all the historic sights and countless restaurants. The host was super helpful and welcoming, making our stay even better. The rooms were clean and well set up, with jaw-dropping security. Free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV were a bonus. We also appreciated the express check-in/-out option. Can't wait to come back next year!

The location of the Spanish Steps Bedroom was perfect for exploring the city center and nearby attractions. The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.

During our stay, we encountered a small issue with the hot water and coffee replenishment. However, Gianluca, a member of the staff, promptly resolved these problems once we informed him.

The property is conveniently located near all the city center attractions, making it easy to explore. The free WiFi and express check-in/check-out were also helpful. The city views were a nice bonus.

Oh, and let's not forget the delightful surprise of having to pay for an airport shuttle service. How charming!
